Josef Mintz Elected to the TMA Philadelphia Chapter Board of Directors
April 13, 2012Josef Mintz, associate in Blank Rome’s Philadelphia and Wilmington offices, has been elected to the TMA Philadelphia Chapter Board of Directors.
Mr. Mintz will serve as the NextGen member of the Board, representing the demographics of those 35 and under who are members or non-members that have an interest in the corporate renewal, restructuring and turnaround industry.
The Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA is one of the largest chapters in the United States. The association has about 280 members made up of lenders, lawyers, accountants and consultants, among others. For more information, visit www.turnaround.org.
